The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. Having Trouble Controlling the Way You Eat? Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous is based on the 12 Steps of AA. It is a fellowship of women and men who are recovering from the disease of food addiction. Some are obese, or under-eaters, or bulimic, or so food/weight-obsessed that they couldn’t live their lives freely. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins.
